Founded in 2005, Caregiver's Helper, Inc. is a non-profit treatment foster care agency serving Central Ohio and surrounding areas.
Caregiver's Helper serves children of all backgrounds from birth to 18 years of age, or 21 years of age if diagnosed with a developmental disability. Providing protection and permanency for children is the top priority, as there are always children in need of a healthy, nurturing, and loving home. However, providing support and assistance to foster parents is of equal importance to the agency, which is how it earned the named of Caregiver's Helper. By having a close-knit team of skillful, professional, and caring individuals the agency continues to build strong relationships with families and within the community.
Any interest in becoming a foster parent? Caregiver's Helper is always looking to grow because having more foster homes means helping more children. The qualifications include being at least 21 years of age; having additional room(s) in your home/apartment; completing the application and 36 hours of state required training; passing a background check; and having sufficient income to meet basic household expenses. Applicants can be married, single, widowed, divorced, have children of their own - Caregiver's Helper offers tremendous support and reimbursement to its foster parents.
