🎃Come join us for the 7th Annual Olentangy Pumpkin Run—a festive fall race with pumpkins, costumes, treats, and family fun! Every participant receives a pumpkin, pumpkin medal, and a choice of Pumpkin Mug or Tritan 1L Sports Water Bottle. Don’t wait—spots are limited, and this event will sell out fast!

🎃 RACE #1: KidsLinked Olentangy Pumpkin Run – Run on the Olentangy Orange Cross Country Run Course! (1- or 2-Mile Options)
Start: 10:25 AM
- Fun racecourse with bubbles at the start line
- Small pumpkin at the finish
- Costume Contest (awards for funniest, most original & best costume – top 2–3 per category)
- Special Awards: Top 10 male & female finishers by distance
- Pumpkin Medal at the finish line
- Finisher Gift - Pumpkin Mug or Tritan 1L Sports Water Bottle OR
🍬 RACE #2: KidsLinked Trick-or-Treat Fun Run (.25- or .5-Mile Options)
Start: 12:45 AM
1. Fun course with bubbles at the start line
2. FOUR Themed Trick-or-Treat Stops:
- 🎃 Halloween Ball (.25 & .5 mile)
- 🧸 Small Stuffed Animal (.25 & .5 mile)
- 🦆 Halloween Rubber Duck (.5 mile only)
- 🍭 Halloween Candy Treat (.5 mile only)
3. Small pumpkin at the finish
4. Costume Contest (same categories as above)
5. Pumpkin Medal at the finish line
6. Pumpkin Mug or Tritan 1L Sports Water Bottle

📦Packet Pick Up
Race Day Only:
- Saturday, Oct 25 – starting at 9:00 AM
- Check-in at the front entrance of the Olentangy High School Football Stadium (look for the giant inflatable pumpkin!)
- 🚫 No pets allowed (strollers are welcome. Course is on grass)
🎉 Festival Connection
This run is part of the 2025 Kidslinked Olentangy Fall Festival & Treatfest on October 25th.
🌦 Weather Policy
- Race will go on rain, shine, or cold temperatures.
- Delays only if there’s visible lightning (minimum 15-minute delay).
- Race may be shortened or cancelled only if conditions are unsafe.
- Updates will be posted on KidsLinked’s Facebook page and via email the week of the event.
Event Schedule:
- 9:00AM: Packet Pick-up Opens (Event Check-In – West Side – look for Giant Pumpkin)
- 10:25AM: Olentangy Pumpkin Run (1 or 2 Mile)
- 10:45AM: Trick or Treat Run (.25 & .25 miles)
How to Join the Fun:
- Click "Register" online.
- Choose your admission level + any add-ons.
- Arrive at the event on time (check-in by name).
- Head to the KidsLinked Booth (Behind the school – look for the GIANT inflatable pumpkin!).
