Established in 1983 by a mother of four, Judy Chosy, Smoky Row Children's Center is dedicated to providing the finest early childhood programs available to families in the community.
At Smoky Row there are frequent, positive, warm interactions between adults and children. There are planned learning activities and materials appropriate to the children's ages, development, and interests. There are specially trained teachers and enough adults to respond to individual children. It is also a healthy and safe environment for children with regular communication with parents, who are welcome visitors at any time.
Smoky Row Children's Center is a private child care center that was founded 38 years ago. The Center's philosophy is educating through play and exploration, and teaching children to care for their friends, families and community. The School Age Summer Camp includes arts and crafts, outdoor play and water play.
