Bucyrus is widely recognized as the "Bratwurst Capital of America". Our "Brats" were perfected by local butchers whose families emigrated here from Germany. They are "different" because the recipe varies from maker to maker giving the special touch that makes them unique. Tons of fire roasted Bratwurst is consumed here each year. We round out the festivities with continuous free entertainment, fabulous crafts and art shows, rides, games, beer gardens, and most of all, our friendship and hospitality.
